Want two kitties in one engraving? Great, just email Jubilance (
[email protected]) a request along with a photo of your kitties before you purchase your engraving. Jubilance will send you a PayPal money request to your email for the purchase price. It's only $10 each for each additional kitty. Very easy!!
After you purchase your engraving, Jubilance will contact you asking for a photo of your kitty and any other requests you may have. There will be a $1.00 charge per word or date. When your engraving is finished you will receive another email with a photo of the completed work. You will then have to approve of the engraving before it will be shipped. This process is to ensure our customers satisfaction of the product.
Engraving process can take between 7 to 14 days depending on how many orders are before your order. If there will be an extended wait on your engraving, you will be notified.
